R ehoboth Beach, Delaware and the rest of the Delmarva Peninsula is a wonderful place to relax, unwind and enjoy the slow paced beach lifestyle. Each year, countless people make their way to "the shore" in search of a tranquil and stress free vacation experience, with many of them eventually choosing to make the peninsula their year-round living environment. Rehoboth Beach has grown in reputation to be somewhat of an exclusive artist's community where freedom of expression is not only tolerated, it is the standard of living.

Property on the Peninsula is a commodity and when considerng a purchase one must be careful to not fall victim to predatory agents who will stop at no expense to make a sale. As with any high end market, Rehoboth and the surrounding areas have exhibited tremendous growth in property valuation.
