My wife and I are looking into purchasing a home in the Villages of Old Landing II community and I was wondering if anybody had any feedback positive or negative about the neighborhood.

It's a nice area but a bit over-priced. I'd wait and see how the prices are going in 2008, my guess is that real estate will be at a loss again this year in Rehoboth bcause it got out or proportion since 2003.

If you are still looking in the area, you may want to check out Oakwood Village, www.oakwoodvillage-lewes.com. It is a custom home community, you have a few home plans to choose from with the ability to make your own modifications or build the design you'd like.
